Job Description / Responsibility

• Contribute by sharing area knowledge in initial planning for new Macro, macro & IBS sites at responsible zones
• Attend draft visit i.e. joint technical visit to assist to finalize the site location
• Maintain draft schedule within provided time frame
• Supervise Drive Test Team to drive test for new site integration, site swap, customer complaints and attain issued trouble tickets and find the root cause of worst cells
• Analyze first level TEMS (Test Mobile System)/Nemo/QVoice/Swiss Qual drive test measurement to resolve problems within given limitation
• Contribute in resolving customer complains related to access within SLA
• Investigation and resolution of customer complaints for both CS & PS customers under guidance of seniors
• Analyze and taking improvement actions within given limitation against worst performing cells on a daily/weekly basis generated for different major KPIs like Call Drop Rate, Call Blocking, Call setup and Handover Success rate etc under guidance of seniors
• Contributing to conduct different KPI improvement project like making trial of a new logical parameter in a cluster, suggest and follow-up action to improve specific KPI, analyze and propose suggestion and follow-up to solve of Benchmarking (inter operator) log files

B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical and Electronics or Telecommunication

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 2 year(s)

• 1-2 Years of relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of GSM technology
• Sound knowledge of GSM Radio design
• Sound knowledge of GSM Optimization
• Sound knowledge of 2.5G design
• Sound knowledge of 2.5G optimization
• Sound knowledge of 3G technology
